General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), considering the confidentiality of personal data and their protection one of the main values on which its business activity is aimed, prior to the communication of any personal data, Bar del Corso invites you to read carefully this information (privacy) which contains important information on the protection of personal data and on the security measures adopted to guarantee confidentiality in full compliance with current legislation.

The information is drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), by Bar del Corso, in relation to:

  • To purchases or uses of Bar del Corso products;

  • To contact the Corso Bar or for information or support through customer and user assistance channels;

  • When subscribing to the newsletter or other services promoted by Bar del Corso;

  • Browsing the corporate websites of Lucano and/or the entire Bar del Corso group;

  • Participation in promotional and advertising events, public events and/or trade fairs;

  • To the sending of documents and personal data containing confidential information;

  • To personnel search activities;

Bar del Corso, informs you that the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality and will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the GDPR and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

 

1.    METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:

According to the provisions of current legislation, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. In certain cases (such as when sending a curriculum vitae) so-called data is collected. "particular" data suitable for revealing the state of health, political and religious affiliation.

For the purposes of verifying the requirements to participate in the selection process aimed at hiring a job, the user is required to provide personal data, sometimes of a particular nature.

Receipt of the curriculum vitae may occur following spontaneous sending or in response to a personnel search and selection announcement by Bar del Corso di Filipponi Sabrina.

Further personal data may subsequently be collected from the interested party during the interview.

Only applications that meet the requirements for an evaluation interview will be called to the Filipponi Sabrina Course Bar.

The data relating to the figures interviewed, or in any way assessed as interesting also for future opportunities, may be processed by Bar del Corso di Filipponi Sabrina subject to the interested party's consent to the processing, which will take place at the same time as the sending or delivery of the Curriculum Vitae.

This data is used in order to process anonymous statistics on access to the website and to check its correct functioning as well as for the correct provision of the various requested functions. For security reasons and to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website or third parties, and are deleted after 180 days

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING

The type of personal data and the methods of collection depend on the products purchased and the services requested, as well as on the methods of interaction with Amaro Viparo, even if it is not a direct customer but a final consumer.

 

Types of personal data processing for which express consent is not required (art. 6 letter b) and e) of the GDPR):

 

  1. stipulation and execution of the contract and all activities connected to it, such as, by way of example, invoicing, credit protection, administrative, management, organizational and functional services for the execution of the contract;

  2. respond to contacts with Bar del Corso for information or support through customer and user assistance channels;

  3. improving the quality of its services and products;

  4. provide services in addition to the execution of the contract;

 

Types of personal data processing for which express consent is required ((art. 7 of the GDPR):

  1. carrying out marketing and promotional activities of the Owner's products and services, commercial communications, both by automated means without operator intervention (e.g. sms, fax, mms, e-mail, web banners, push notifications etc.) and traditional (via telephone, ordinary mail)

  2. carrying out fundraising activities and in any case initiatives of a cultural, political, social and solidarity nature;

  3. initiatives and offers as well as programs and promotions, including invitations to events and participation in surveys

  4. preparation of studies and market research;

This consent concerns both the automated and traditional communication methods described above. The user will always have the right to object easily and free of charge, in whole or even in part, to the processing of data for these purposes, excluding for example automated contact methods and expressing his desire to receive commercial and promotional communications exclusively through traditional contact methods.

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in the art. 4 no. 2) GDPR, for the above purposes, both on paper and electronically, by means of electronic or automated tools, in compliance with current legislation in particular regarding confidentiality and security and in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of customer rights. The processing is carried out directly by the Data Controller's organization, by its managers and/or agents as defined below.

The data requested for the purposes referred to in the previous letters a), b), c), d) must be provided for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or for the conclusion and execution of the contractual relationship and the provision of services required. Therefore, any refusal, even partial, to provide such data would make it impossible for Amaro Viparo to establish and manage the relationship itself and to provide the requested service.

The provision of personal data necessary for the purposes referred to in the previous letters e) and f) is optional, therefore, any refusal to provide such data would make it impossible to carry out the activities described therein.

 

RECIPIENTS

The subjects to whom Bar del Corso di Filipponi Sabrina communicates the data act as external data controllers designated by the "data controller" through a specific contract ("Data Controllers") or as persons authorized to process personal data under the direct authority of Lucano ("Appointees") or, in the case of third parties used by the Data Processor, as "Sub-Processors", pursuant to art. 28.4 of the GDPR.

DATA TRANSFER

Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures, as of now, that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission. Likewise, the place of execution of the processing and storage of the data processed on paper or alternatively to the computerized one is located in Italy.

 

DATA STORAGE

Bar del Corso retains your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 2 and up to the time permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2947 (1) (3) c.c.).

 

USER RIGHTS
